So, sit up slowly and pause at the edge of the bed for a while and so your body will have a few seconds to get used with the position. Some person have even a serious fall because they’ve rushed out of the bed.

  • Don’t Ditch Your Workout

Regular exercise helps your body and life. So make yourself a regular exercise program and that will help your sleep, weight, heart and mood. Try not to check your email or social media on your digital devices because it may cause stress or even anxiety. You’ll feel pressure to start earlier your work if your first thing in the day is to check your email.

If you start your day without a plan you may lose soght of what you are trying to achieve or what gives your life meaning. Make a list, set some priorities and check every evening what you have done and what you didn’t.

  • Don’t Skip the Sunscreen

Sunscreen help protect you and your skin against cancer an wrinkles caused by UV sun rays that you are exposed when you’re out in the sun, even if it is cloudy. Put your sunscreen on 15 minute before getting outside. You need to put it on again after 2 hours if you are still in the sun or even sooner if you go swimming.
